Totally Unprofessional - Couriers not delivered - Worst Customer care support

I booked a courier( tracking no KNP507265595) on 16th May 2017 from Kanpur to Noida with Professional Couriers (website - http://www.tpcindia.com). My consignment  was very urgent for me( containing medicines to start urgently) and expected to deliver by 17th or 18th May'17. But worst thing is that, consignment is not delivered yet. Tracking shows that my consignment was arrived at Noida next day on 17th May. See the tracking page in below image.



 After that I am continuously calling to your Noida office at 0120-4283197, 8745017395 and requesting to deliver my consignment having urgent medicines.

Initially they were saying to deliver on Monday' 29th May (bcz as per them, they deliver to this area once in a week). But now they have refused to deliver my consignment.

 I am highly disappointed, and my question is -

--Why you booked, if you can, t deliver to this area? 
--If not delivering then-Why you not returned my consignment back and leave it unattended from last 28 days? 

Today at 13th June'2017, tracking status is showing that consignment is back to Kanpur but not returned to me. It is still in professional couriers office. So requesting all to strictly avoid this courier, if you really want to get your consignment delivered.
